| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| This piggyback will provide districtwide purchasing resources for instructional supplies, teaching aids, and materials for the following vendors: Demco, Nasco, and Super Duper Publications.
The initial term of the Lake County School District contract is from January 1, 2014, through December 31, 2016, and may be renewed for two additional one-year periods. If this purchase is approved, Hillsborough County Public Schools will commence its use effective December 10, 2014. In accordance with the Florida Department of Education (FLDOE), Purchasing Policy 6A-1.012(6), in lieu of requesting competitive solicitations from three or more sources, district school boards may make purchases at or below the specified prices from contracts awarded by other city or county governmental agencies, or other district school boards. This contract may be renewed by the Superintendent, per the terms of the specifications. |
