Approve the Agreement for Technical Services with Eagle Quest Group, Inc. at A Kid’s Place of Tampa Bay Inc., Mary and Martha House, Brandon Alternative, Mort and Schmidt Elementary, Van Buren Middle, Chamberlain, East Bay, Newsome, and Strawberry Crest High Schools (Academic Support and Federal Programs Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Eagle Quest Group, Inc. (Eagle Quest) will provide the Operation Success Program for 32 hours per site at ten sites focused on developing coping skills and techniques for student transitional challenges that will allow them to monitor and self-correct and to seek appropriate assistance when necessary.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
• Increase promotion rates at all grade levels and the percentage of high school graduates • Motivate students to become responsible learners • Challenge and support all students with an appropriate curriculum
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
This contract will be paid using Title I, Part D grant funds in the amount of $20,000.
EVALUATION
Eagle Quest will administer a pre- and posttest at the beginning and end of the contract period to participating students to determine if documented objectives of the program were achieved. Progress reports will be shared regularly with district staff, the program supervisor and/or designee to discuss progress of the program objectives during the contract period. Data will be analyzed to determine the success of the program and future contracts with the provider. At the conclusion of the program, a final report will be shared with district staff.
