Approve Teacher Evaluation Handbook
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Teacher Evaluation Handbook serves as a guide for teachers, administrators, peer evaluators, mentor evaluators, and district personnel regarding the teacher observation and evaluation process. All components of the process are addressed in the handbook. Topics include: the overall vision of teacher effectiveness, evaluation components, observation processes, the role of peer and mentor evaluators, and the Teacher Induction Program. (Handbook copy attached.)
