Approve Attorney Rate Increases for General and Automobile Liability
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The General and Automobile Liability Law Firm of Barr, Murman & Tonelli has not had an increase in hourly fees for eight years. Risk Management is recommending a rate increase of $35 for attorneys and $15 for paralegals. In 2013, the total expended for General and Automobile Liability was $433,400 ($140 Attorney/$70 Paralegal). The new fees will be $175 Attorney/$85 Paralegal.

This expense is included in the Self Insurance Program General Fund Budget.
