Approve Memorandum of Agreement for Project LINK, Inc. (Local Impact on Neighborhood Kids) for the Provision of Services for the Full Service School Program (Student Services Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Sanchez and Just Full Service School Centers have developed and implemented a planning process to improve services for families and students in East and West Tampa communities.  Community residents, agency staff members, and educators have been involved in this process.  The goal has been to develop effective working relationships with select community partners who will support family self-sufficiency and student performance.  Project LINK, Inc. will continue to provide support, advocacy, case management, and resource linkages for families with the Full Service Center staff and partners to promote student learning.  This agreement has been prepared to describe the working relationship between the Full Service School Centers, families, educators, and Project LINK, Inc.

EVALUATION
The Supervisor of School Social Work Services and the Coordinator of the Full Service School Program will evaluate the effectiveness of program services.  The aforementioned staff will meet regularly and review this agreement.  Program evaluation will include the number and scope of program service activities; support for the partnership with the Full Service School Centers' mission and goals; and feedback about the effectiveness of services from clients, area principals, and school social workers.
