Approve Statement of Work with Convergence Consulting Group for Continued Development and Enhancement of the Leader Tracking System for the Hillsborough Principal Pipeline Initiative (Information and Technology Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This Statement of Work (SOW) continues the development and enhancement of the Data Warehouse and Dashboard components of the Leader Tracking System as approved by the Board on January 21, 2014. As a part of the Hillsborough Principal Pipeline initiative, each of the districts who received funding from the Wallace Foundation must create a Leader Tracking System that can be used for selective hiring and succession planning purposes. The SOW will also support the annual comprehensive data extract required by the Wallace Grant. A detailed Statement of Work is attached. This work is governed by the Terms of the Master Services Agreement between the district and the Convergence Consulting Group approved by the Board on April 5, 2011.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
Funds in the amount of $300,000 are available from the Wallace Foundation Grant.  CCG provides services on a time and materials basis with no additional travel or per diem expenses.
EVALUATION
The evaluation of this project will consist of feedback from end users as to the eases and usability of the system.  It will also include feedback from hiring teams at the assistant principal and principal level regarding data reports produced and meaningfulness to the hiring process.   A final component will include performance of assistant principals and principals placed into positions following the hiring process.
