Approve Award of Contract for Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Airside Renovation of Building One at West Shore Elementary School |

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provides for renovation of the HVAC system in the main building at West Shore Elementary School. District staff selected Phoenix Engineering Group, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work includes replacement of ductwork; new ceilings; and new energy efficient interior fluorescent lighting. |
