As partners in education, The Tampa Bay Rowdies (Rowdies) are leading by example from the front lines and building relationships within the community.

• The Rowdies Spirit Night game kicked off their partnership in September 2014.  The Rowdies donated 5 percent of the proceeds from the game to the Supporting Student Success (S3) fund which provides scholarship opportunities to students through technology, grants, and basic needs provision.  
• Their partnership quickly developed with their adoption of ten elementary schools, known as Rowdies Prep-Schools.  Students from Bellamy, Crestwood, Dickenson, Morgan Woods, Oak Grove, Tampa Bay Boulevard, Town and Country, West Tampa, and Woodbridge Elementary Schools participated in a writing contest in which the winning student received a four-pack of tickets to a home game and an autographed Rowdies shirt.  
• During the Great American Teach-In, players and employees visited all Prep-Schools.    
• Players encouraged activity and health by leading soccer lessons during physical education classes throughout the 2014/2015 school year.  
• In partnership with myON digital library, the classroom reading the most minutes in the month of May will be recognized and awarded with a pizza party.   
• Complimentary tickets to home games were provided to some of our teachers.
