Accept Statement of Work with Convergence Consulting Group (CCG) for the Teacher Evaluation Data Management System and for the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Reporting System (Information and Technology Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This statement of work (SOW) is for professional and technical services needed for continued development and enhancement of the district’s Teacher Evaluation Data Management System (TEV) and the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Reporting System (EDW), which includes Teacher and Principal Dashboards.  In addition to TEV and EDW support, this SOW includes the beginning of the consolidation of the TEV into the EDW based on the CCG developed Data Warehouse Migration Roadmap approved for development by the Board on July 15, 2014, agenda item A 6.26.  The Roadmap and Data Warehouse consolidation addresses combining the Data Warehouses so that the district has one Data Warehouse to serve as the single source of truth for all reports, dashboard, and analytics.  All terms and conditions are in accordance with the Master Services Agreement between the district and CCG approved by the School Board on April 5, 2011.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
• Recruit, develop, and retain a highly effective, diverse workforce
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
This agreement represents $1,546,210 of consulting services by CCG. Teacher Incentive Funds (TIF) and Empowering Effective Teachers (EET) grant funds are included in the Information and Technology Division budget for this expense. CCG services are provided on a time and materials basis with no additional travel or per diem expenses.
EVALUATION
Human Resources and Information Services staff will evaluate the consulting agreement with CCG based on the accuracy and timeliness of the deliverables as outlined in the Statement of Work.  CCG performance is monitored daily by staff and is reported during weekly status meetings and project plan reviews.
