Approve Consent to Sublease of Ground Lease and Subsequent Leaseback of a Portion of the Cell Tower Site at Benito Middle School by American Tower Corporation |

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The School Board of Hillsborough County entered into a Site Lease Agreement dated November 3, 2000, with PrimeCo Personal Communications, LP, d/b/a Verizon Wireless, for a cell tower location at Benito Middle School (Exhibit "A" attached for reference). American Tower Corporation entered into an agreement with Verizon Communications, Inc. on February 5, 2015, to manage and operate a portion of Verizon's portfolio. One of these sites is located at Benito Middle School. Per Paragraph 16 of the School Board's 2000 lease, American Tower has the right to assign and sublet space on the PrimeCo Pole to other entities. These entities would be subject to the same terms and conditions as the original Verizon lease. The Consent to Sublease has been reviewed by general counsel and approved as to form and sufficiency. |
