Approve the Memorandum of Agreement Between SERVE Volunteers in Education, Inc., (SERVE) and the Hillsborough County Public Schools Out-of-School Time Program (HOST) (Academic Support and Federal Programs Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
SERVE and HOST will provide and coordinate services that are beneficial to meeting the needs of children and youth. Together they will work to provide supportive services designed for student academic success and enrichment. This memorandum of agreement (MOA) was approved by Ivan Viamontes on April 14, 2015. The term of this MOA is May 20, 2015, through June 30, 2016. The following goals have been identified for this mutual effort:
It is the practice of SERVE to sign negotiated agreements after it has been signed by the School Board. |

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES | |
•Â Align financial resources to support the district´s strategic goals | |
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes) | |
$50,000 will be available in the HOST budget to supplement funding. | |
EVALUATION | |
Under the terms of this agreement, SERVE will be responsible for the evaluation of the four goals identified and will share the results with the HOST Program. | |
