Highlight the District Results of the Teaching, Empowering, Leading, and Learning (TELL) Survey for 2014-2015 (Information and Technology Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
This year marks the third administration of the Teaching, Empowering, Leading, and Learning (TELL) survey. The TELL survey is an anonymous district-wide survey of licensed school-based educators. The TELL survey is a research-based instrument that provides valid and reliable data about conditions in our schools that is readily used to help improve schools. The district has recently agreed to continue administering the TELL survey for the next four years so that trend data continues to be available. Results this year include continued high participation, with 76% of educators responding to the survey. All sites participating achieved sufficient participation to have site results reported.
