Approve Award of Contract for Painting (Interior and Exterior) at Hunter's Green Elementary School
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provides for interior and exterior painting at Hunter's Green Elementary School. District staff selected Atelier AEC, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The project was advertised and bids received (see attached bid tabulation). Award of the contract for construction to the lowest qualified bidder, Viktor Construction, Corp., is recommended.

• Construct and maintain facilities that create an environment conducive to teaching and learning
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
The contract amount being awarded is $339,000. Funds for this item are included in District Capital Outlay: Local Millage.
