Approve the First Phase of a District Reorganization Plan to Include the Superintendent’s Cabinet, Additional Positions and Job Descriptions, Elimination of Positions, and Movement of Departments and/or Individual Positions 
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This reorganization plan is designed to address the following:

1) School Board Priorities
2) Accreditation Improvement Priorities
3) Enhanced Customer Service and Support to key stakeholders
4) Critical district and community issues
5) Clarity regarding how the organization supports schools
6) Enhanced communications both internally and externally

This reorganization includes the following:

1) New Positions
2) Regraded Positions with New Job Titles
3) Regraded Positions
4) Retitled Positions
5) Eliminated Positions
6) Departments to move to other divisions
7) Individual positions to move to other divisions

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
Phase I of the District reorganization will result in the cost savings of $59,925.91 in the Part I General Revenue Fund. Supplemental Academic Instruction (SAI), Federal Grant Funds (Title I), and Career and Technical Funds will be used for the remaining costs. SAI = $53,716.96 Title I = $80,575.44 Career & Technical Funds $107,980.40 
EVALUATION
The reorganization plan will be reviewed quarterly to determine effectiveness. Metrics will be developed for each position and department. Data will be monitored regularly and be used for evaluation and future reorganization decisions.
