| Accept Statement of Work with Convergence Consulting Group (CCG) for Continued Development and Enhancement of the Leader Tracking System for the Hillsborough Principal Pipeline Initiative (Information and Technology Division) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| On January 20, 2015, the Board approved the continued development and enhancement of the Data Warehouse and Dashboard components of the Leader Tracking System. The detailed Statement of Work (SOW) attached is for professional and technical services needed for continued development and maintenance of the district’s Leadership Development Analytics. As a part of the Hillsborough Principal Pipeline initiative, each of the districts who received funding from the Wallace Foundation must create a Leader Tracking System that can be used for selective hiring and succession planning purposes. This SOW is governed by the Terms of the Master Services Agreement between the district and the Convergence Consulting Group approved by the Board on April 5, 2011. | |

| Funds in the amount of $100,000 are available from the Wallace Foundation Grant. CCG provides services on a time and materials basis with no additional travel or per diem expenses. | |
| EVALUATION | |
| Human Resources and Information Services staff will evaluate the consulting agreement with CCG based on the accuracy and ease of use of analytics. CCG performance is monitored daily by staff and is reported during weekly status meetings and project plan reviews. | |
