EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The firm of Hill Ward Henderson requests School Board approval of the attached Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release with respect to any past, current, or future claims by Riverside Heights Holdings, LLC and Riverside Heights Holdings III, LLC (Claimants) with respect to the above referenced litigation. As background, this is a suit brought by the Claimants alleging that the School Board, Southwest Florida Water Management District, Ecosphere Restoration Institute, Inc., and Jose Cuarta stored contaminated materials on the Claimants' property relative to the Stewart Middle School Shoreline Restoration Project. |
