Per recommendation of the Superintendent, the employee listed below is recommended for the following disciplinary action, effective September 9, 2015.  The employee is entitled to due process, which affords him  the opportunity to request a grievance hearing after the final School Board action:

• Willie R. Jones, Jr., ESE Para 2, Mendez Exceptional Center:  Termination of Employment.  Adjudicated guilty for Aggravated Battery Deadly Weapon, Aggravated Assault With Deadly Weapon (Firearm Discharge), and Shooting At Within Or Into A Building, felony charges.
