EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The Employee Benefits Annual Open Enrollment for 2016 begins Monday, September 21, 2015, and ends Wednesday, September 30, 2015. There will be three Annual Enrollment events that employees/retirees/dependents (members) may attend:
Members are invited to attend these events to discuss their benefits with various product representatives and Employee Benefits staff members, participate in Humana’s Health Fairs, and even get their annual, free flu shots (as supplies last and provided members bring their HCPS Humana ID cards). Each event will include a presentation highlighting the major features of the five health plans, the Rx4 Prescription Drug Plan, and the various voluntary benefits plans. In addition to the three enrollment events, employees can find enrollment information by reading their InfoQuick 2016 Annual Enrollment Guides, visiting the enrollment website, watching the enrollment video, and calling the Humana hotline at (888) 393-6765. (Enrollment guides are also available in Spanish; Employee Benefits personnel who speak Spanish will be available at all three events.) Employees and retirees can make their 2016 benefits elections in one of two easy ways:
