EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The previously approved conversion of the Sulphur Springs facility to a K-8 school requires additional classrooms to support new requirements for grades six through eight.  On April 21, 2015, the Board appointed Rowe Architects Incorporated and Pinnacle/CSG, Inc. to provide design and construction management services.  The project scope adds 12 classrooms, including two science labs, a computer lab, and a multipurpose room accommodating art, music and orchestra requirements.

Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project.

Project completion is scheduled for July 22, 2016.
