| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for exterior painting at Randall Middle School. District staff selected Jerel McCants Architecture, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On May 19, 2015, the Board awarded a contract for construction to Specialized Property Services, Inc. |
