Approve Resolution for Impact Fee Fund Disbursement from the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners for Construction and Construction Management for Elementary School "C" (South County) and Classroom Addition at East Bay High School |

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
To support student population growth in the South County area, the School Board will be constructing Elementary School "C" (950 student stations) and adding 20 classrooms at East Bay High School (500 student stations). Both Elementary "C" and the East Bay classroom addition are scheduled to open for the 2017-2018 school year. These two projects are reflected in the School Board's approved 2015-2016 Five Year Capital Outlay Plan. Hillsborough County's Consolidated Impact Assessment Program (the Impact Fee Program) requires that the School Board approve a resolution for disbursement of Impact Fee Funds held by Hillsborough County for expenses related to design and construction of new school facilities. Estimated construction and capital equipment for Elementary "C" is $20,559,900 and the addition at East Bay is $8,000,000. By approval of this Resolution, the School Board is requesting to draw funds from the Impact Fee Fund for qualifying expenditures up to $28,559,900. |
