Approve Agreements with Officials Organizations for Athletic Contests, 2015/2016 (Student Services Division) Revised Attachment #2 Boys Lacrosse Agreement 2015/2016
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

We request approval of the negotiated agreements with the following organizations:

  • Tampa Women’s Lacrosse Officials, Inc. to provide lacrosse officials for scheduled high school girls lacrosse contests - $19,752
  • Tampa Bay Lacrosse Officials Association to provide lacrosse officials for scheduled high school boys lacrosse contests - $13,608
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
• Demonstrate "best practices" in all aspects of safety including students, employees, visitors, facilities, transportation, and health
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  No)
Total funds of $33,360 are covered by agreement with Hillsborough Alliance for Lacrosse (HALAX) and is not funded from the Division of Student Services Athletics Department budget.
