SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve Negotiated Salary Agreement, Revised Psychologist and ESP Salary Schedule, Language Changes for ESP, and Memorandums of Understanding with the Classroom Teachers Association (HCTA)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A Salary Agreement (Attachment A) has been reached with the HCTA Teacher and ESP Units. Revision to the existing Psychologist Salary Schedule (Attachment B) and the existing ESP Salary Schedule  (Attachment C) are attached.    Proposed Language changes to the ESP contract (Attachment D) and Memorandum of Understanding (Attachment E) are included.

Funds in the amount of $34,578,374  will be available in the districtwide salary line item.
