EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
This agreement is needed to provide Infor Lawson S3 system administration services necessary to maintain the operation of the district's enterprise resource planning software. In order to minimize cost, the Procurement Department advertised RFQ #13073-DST: IT Supplemental Staffing and received 11 candidates. The candidate chosen had the lowest hourly rate of qualified candidates. | |

EVALUATION | |
The consultant is under the direct supervision of the Department Manager, Infrastructure and Shared Services within the Information and Technology Division, who assigns and reviews tasks and priorities on a weekly basis. | |
