Approve the Job Description for the Supervisor of Performance Evaluation (Revised)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Supervisor of Performance Evaluation will support the implementation of the Talent Development initiatives to create systems of support within each school to provide ongoing coaching, non-evaluative feedback, and job-embedded professional learning. This position will coordinate professional development for instructional mentor and teacher talent developer positions.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
• Demonstrate consistent and effective teaching methods • Recruit, develop, and retain a highly effective, diverse workforce • Align the performance management system with the district's priorities
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
Funds in the amount of $75,617.36 (base salary) will be available in the districtwide salary line item.
EVALUATION
This position will be evaluated annually by the General Manager of Performance Evaluation.
