EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The Supervisor of Performance Evaluation will support the implementation of the Talent Development initiatives to create systems of support within each school to provide ongoing coaching, non-evaluative feedback, and job-embedded professional learning. This position will coordinate professional development for instructional mentor and teacher talent developer positions. | |

• Demonstrate consistent and effective teaching methods • Recruit, develop, and retain a highly effective, diverse workforce • Align the performance management system with the district's priorities | |
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes) | |
Funds in the amount of $75,617.36 (base salary) will be available in the districtwide salary line item. | |
EVALUATION | |
This position will be evaluated annually by the General Manager of Performance Evaluation. | |
