Approve the Area Superintendent Evaluation Rubric (Attachment Revised)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
To align with the administrative performance evaluation process, the area superintendents will be evaluated by the Chief of Schools on this new competency rubric. This rubric was created with input from the area superintendents. This competency rubric will comprise 60% of the total evaluation score with the remaining 40% from the schoolwide Value Added Measure (VAM) for the sites each area superintendent is assigned.

EVALUATION
The evaluation will occur annually by the Chief of Schools in collaboration with the Superintendent.
