Approve the Administrative Appointment of Chief Community Relations Officer (Superintendent's Office)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
At the School Board Meeting of June 9, 2015, Phase I of the Superintendent's reorganization was approved. As part of Phase I, the position for Chief Community Relations Officer was approved. This position has remained vacant throughout the year due to an ongoing review of the budget. This position is now being appointed as a member of the Superintendent’s Cabinet.

Funds in the amount of $134,292.40 will be available in the District Salary Budget. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 9999. As of Sunday, May 15, 2016, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $0.00. As was stated in the June 9, 2015, reorganization the financial impact of $134,292.40, the cost for the Chief Community Relations Officer will be $134,292.40.
