| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for renovation of Cannella Elementary School. On October 8, 2013, the Board appointed Fleischman and Garcia Architects and Planners, AIA PA and Vogel Bros. Building Co. to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work included renovation of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system; repair of existing playcourts; replacement of exterior light fixtures; new energy-efficient lighting; new ceilings and carpet; interior painting; new signage; a new fire sprinkler system; restroom renovations; data network upgrades; and correction of accessibility and safety deficiencies. |
