Approve Acceptance of Project for Roof Replacement at Witter Elementary School |

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for replacement of the majority of the roof at Witter Elementary School. The scope of work included removal and replacement of most roof areas at the school. District staff selected Weber & Tinnen, P.A. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On March 3, 2015, the Board awarded a contract for construction to R.F. Lusa & Sons Sheetmetal, Inc. |
